Albania Mission Trip

ABOUT OUR TRIP

For the past 2 years, Calvary Highlands Ranch has been partnering with Kaon & Danjela Serjani and their ministry in Albania, Institute for Faith and Cultural Engagement. Many Albanians are earnestly seeking truth through religion, which is what makes the Serjani’s ministry so needed and effective. Add to this that many Albanians love America and love talking to Americans, then you understand the opportunity we have to partner with them through this trip. Our team will be working with the Serjani’s to engage Albanians in and around the capital city of Tirana by hosting a public lecture event on worldviews, followed up by one-on-one conversations to discuss with them the biblical, Christian worldview in an effort to make the gospel of Jesus known to them. We will also be helping to host and lead an evangelistic retreat for many who are interested in going deeper in Christian worldview. And we will be engaging with the house church that they started in Fall of 2024, seeking to encourage them in their ministry and taking part in celebrating the faith of several new believers through their baptism.

The team we are sending to Albania consists of Jeff and Amy Steffen, who have been friends and partners of the Serjanis for 16 years; Chris, Erin, and Peter Darden; Elijah Griess; Suzie Treachler; and Loren Randall.

SUPPORTING OUR TEAM

Each team member needs to raise $3000 to cover airfare and all of our in-country costs. This means our team, collectively, needs to raise $24,000 to make this trip happen. All donations are tax deductible. You can track our fundraising progress below. Once each team member’s costs are covered, additional funds will be dispersed where needed to other team members. Any excess funds will be used to support the ministry of IFCE and the Serjanis new house church.

We would love to build up a team of people praying for our team and our work in Albania.
